New in Holly Springs in September 2026: Jim 'N Nick's BBQ got its temporary occupancy permit, China Uno its food permit and a Taco Bell/KFC went Taco Bell only.
Last checked Oct. 11, 2026. Rebuilt each month. This roundup comes from public records: the Town of Holly Springs building permits issued in September 2026 and Wake County’s food establishment permits.
Holly Springs does not publish a list of new business licenses, so we read the public records that show businesses arriving: commercial building, sign and occupancy permits from the town’s Development Services department, which posts every permit it issues each month on its monthly reporting page, and food permits from Wake County Environmental Health, which every restaurant and food truck needs before it serves the public.
