Mexican and Tex-Mex food in Holly Springs is in two main spots: Holly Springs Towne Center on Grand Hill Place, at N.C. 55 and New Hill Road, and the shops along Village Walk Drive and GB Alford Highway near N.C. 55 Bypass. Mr. Cancun is on North Main Street, and Aye! Toro Tacos & Tequila is off Sunset Lake Road on Matthews Drive.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the Holly Springs town limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026, and against the U.S. Census Bureau’s town boundary. We added Chipotle, Fiesta Mexicana and Mr. Cancun from Wake County’s restaurant permit records. Fiesta Mexicana has no website for its Holly Springs restaurant that we could find; we kept it because the county inspected it in July. Where a site gives no phone, the number is the one on the county permit. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Aye! Toro Tacos & Tequila is on Matthews Drive in the Sunset Lake Road shopping area. Its site offers its menu as a download and takes orders online, but it does not post opening hours, so call ahead.

Chipotle on Village Walk Drive, near N.C. 55 and South Main Street, is the chain’s Holly Springs restaurant. Its location page lists burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos and salads, with in-store pickup and delivery.

Fiesta Mexicana on Village Walk Drive holds a Wake County restaurant permit under the name Fiesta Mexicana #6 and was inspected in July. The Fiesta Mexicana site we found lists only a Raleigh restaurant, so call for hours.

Mi Cancun at Holly Springs Towne Center is one of a small group of Mi Cancun restaurants in western Wake County. Its locations page lists the hours in the table and takes orders online.

Mr. Cancun on North Main Street is listed on the same Mi Cancun locations page, with its address and phone. That page does not give its hours.

Taco Bell on GB Alford Highway shares its building and phone number with a KFC. Its location page lists tacos, burritos, quesadillas and nachos and gives drive-thru hours of 10 a.m. to midnight every day.

Tijuana Flats at Holly Springs Towne Center describes its food as burritos, tacos and Tex-Mex. Its menu says burritos and tacos are made “Tijuana Style” with cheese, jalapeños, onions, tomatoes and sour cream, and every order comes with tortilla chips.
