Nine breakfast and coffee places, 10 locations, inside Holly Springs town limits: Grand Hill Place, Oakview Commons, Lassiter Road and downtown.

Last checked Oct. 12, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Breakfast and coffee in Holly Springs cluster at Holly Springs Towne Center on Grand Hill Place and at Oakview Commons on the west side, with more on Lassiter Road and Matthews Drive off Sunset Lake Road. Downtown has a bookstore cafe on Raleigh Street, and IHOP and a second Dunkin’ sit near N.C. 55 Bypass.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the Holly Springs town limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026, and against the U.S. Census Bureau’s town boundary. We added the Werrington Drive Dunkin’, Eggs Up Grill, Fable Books & Cafe, Flying Biscuit Cafe and Grain & Berry from Wake County’s restaurant permit records and kept them because their own sites give a Holly Springs street address. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.

The places

Dunkin’ has two Holly Springs stores. Both store pages list a drive-thru, walk-in service, dine-in seating and hot food, with the Werrington Drive store opening half an hour earlier.

Eggs Up Grill on Lassiter Road is a breakfast and lunch restaurant. Its menu runs from pancakes, waffles and French toast to Benedicts and egg dishes, and the location page lists mimosas and catering.

Fable Books & Cafe on Raleigh Street downtown is a bookstore with a cafe. Its site lists new releases, book events and a newsletter, along with the hours in the table.

First Watch at Holly Springs Towne Center serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, according to its location page, from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every day.

Flying Biscuit Cafe at Oakview Commons serves breakfast all day. Its page invites diners to eat in the dining room or on the patio, says parking is free and on-site, and offers carryout and delivery.

Grain & Berry at Oakview Commons is an acai bowl and smoothie cafe. Its location page lists dine-in, carryout, mobile ordering and delivery, and the same hours every day.

IHOP on GB Alford Highway serves pancakes, omelets, crepes and breakfast platters along with lunch and dinner. Its page lists dine-in, takeout and delivery, and the restaurant stays open overnight from Friday morning to Sunday night.

Starbucks at N.C. 55 and New Hill Road is the chain’s stand-alone Holly Springs store. The Starbucks store finder lists a drive-thru, cafe seating and outdoor seating.

The same Starbucks finder lists coffee counters inside the Harris Teeter stores at 324 Village Walk Drive and 5277 Sunset Lake Road and inside Target at 100 Grand Hill Place; they keep store hours and are not in the table. Tous les Jours at 300 Village Walk Drive and Panera Bread at 231 Grand Hill Place hold county permits, but their sites blocked our checker. Rise Biscuits Donuts, still in OpenStreetMap at 169 Grand Hill Place, no longer lists a Holly Springs restaurant on its site. For weekend brunch, see our brunch guide.
