Ice cream and desserts in Holly Springs are mostly downtown on Main Street: two ice cream shops on South Main Street and a cake shop on North Main Street, all within a few blocks. The fourth, a bundt cake bakery, is at Holly Springs Towne Center on Grand Hill Place.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the Holly Springs town limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026, and against the U.S. Census Bureau’s town boundary. We added JT’s Creamery from our downtown guide and kept it because its own site gives a Holly Springs street address. The list is alphabetical. Asia’s Cakes on North Main Street is a custom cake and dessert shop. Its owner writes on the site that the bakery is named for her daughter, Asia. The menu covers cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, brownies, cookies and seasonal desserts, baked fresh daily; special orders are taken by email, and the shop runs decorating classes.

FRESH. Local Ice Cream at 205 S. Main St. makes its own ice cream and has scoop shops in Raleigh, Apex, Cary and Fuquay-Varina as well. Its Holly Springs page gives the hours in the table and a local phone number, and the company caters events.

JT’s Creamery is in The Block on Main at 300 S. Main St. Its site describes handcrafted ice cream made in-house and says the business started in 2021; it has a second shop in Fuquay-Varina. Its site gives hours but no phone number.

Nothing Bundt Cakes at Holly Springs Towne Center is the bundt cake chain’s Holly Springs bakery. Its page lists flavors from chocolate chocolate chip and red velvet to lemon and gluten-free options, with online ordering and delivery during slightly shorter hours.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers at 221 Grand Hill Place serves frozen custard, but the chain’s site blocked our checker. sweetFrog at 132 Collins Crossing Road is in OpenStreetMap, but we could not find its page on the chain’s store finder. Both are left off until we can confirm them. Doughnuts are on our breakfast and coffee list.

FRESH. Local Ice Cream is open until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. JT’s Creamery is open until 10 p.m. on those nights.
